Lejos represents suppliers of raw ingredients for the food industry

Lejos Oy represents several suppliers of raw ingredients for the food industry in Finland.

For fish, we represent the Canadian supplier Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation. Products include frozen lake whitefish smoked in Finland, lake whitefish filet, lake whitefish caviar and processed lake whitefish.

We also offer frozen berries, representing the New Zealand-based company Berryfruit, a supplier of boysenberries as raw ingredients for producers of bakery goods, jam and juice. Boysenberries are also delivered for sale in retail and the consumer market.

For beverages, we represent Deutsche Extrakt Coffee, whose products include instant coffee mix.
